Simple spacetime transformations involving constant linear accelerations are derived on the basis of works by Misner, Thorne and Wheeler on hyperbolic motion and the principle of limiting four-dimensional symmetry by Hsu. An experimental verification of these transformations is possible via a proposed measurement of a modified transverse Doppler shift.
